Chef Daniel Asaro spent a decade in kitchens across the East Coast before coming home to Havenport with one idea: build a restaurant around a wood-fired hearth and the farmers who grow the food.
Ember & Vine opened in 2019 with a 12-seat counter and a burning oak oven. Today we seat 80 — but the philosophy hasn't changed.
